Refund, Cancellation & New Client Policy

At MVP Electrolysis LLC we strive to provide exceptional service and a smooth experience for every client. Please review the following policies carefully before booking:

 

1. No Refunds for Services Rendered


All services are non-refundable once performed. If you have concerns about your results, please contact us directly — we are committed to your satisfaction.

 

2. New Client Requirement (Onboarding & Paperwork)


All new clients are required to complete intake forms, consent forms, and any required medical history paperwork prior to their first appointment.

  • Paperwork must be completed in full before arrival.
  • Failure to complete required forms ahead of time may result in appointment delays or cancellation.
  • If an appointment is canceled due to incomplete paperwork, it may be treated as a late cancellation and subject to applicable fees.

 

3. Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment may be eligible for a full deposit refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours will forfeit any deposit and will be charged 50% of the total scheduled service cost.

 

4. No-Shows


Clients who do not show up will forfeit any deposit and will be charged 50% of the total scheduled service cost.

 

5. Packages


Clients on a package who cancel, arrive late, or no-show within 24 hours will forfeit that session.
Forfeited sessions are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed.

Package purchases are non-refundable, including any unused sessions. The 6-session package must be used within 12 months of purchase; the 12-session package must be used within 24 months of purchase.

 

6. Rescheduling


Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. Requests made within 24 hours of your appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the fees above.

 

7. Illness & Unexpected Circumstances


We understand that emergencies and sudden illness happen. Please contact us as soon as possible — do not wait until your appointment time.

  • Fee exceptions are granted at the sole discretion of MVP Electrolysis, LLC. and are not guaranteed.
  • Repeated late cancellations, regardless of reason, may not be eligible for a waiver.

 

8. Right to Refuse Service


MVP Electrolysis, LLC. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, at our sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

  • Failure to complete required intake or consent forms
  • Contraindications or medical concerns that make treatment unsafe
  • Suspected intoxication or impairment
  • Inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe behavior
  • Repeated late cancellations, no-shows, or non-compliance with policies

If service is refused under these conditions, deposits may be forfeited and applicable cancellation fees may apply.
